Calliope Stories and CalliopeEd are apps that catapult your imagination with tales completely written, illustrated, and animated by flesh-and-blood humans. We believe in beautiful, accessible stories, at a price point where you’re not selling your soul. Short stories, flash fictions, novellas; every week you’ll have access to new stories (as well as our ever growing library of previous fiction) through our Calliope apps. Mónica Mohseni
Founder and CEO
Monica Mohseni earned a Ph.D. and an M.A in Comparative Literature from the University of Texas at Austin, then founded Calliope to share vivid, immersive stories with the world. She believes AI will destroy art unless we all champion authentic human-created stories.
Daniela Morales
Founder and COO
Daniela Morales holds an M.A from INSA Barcelona. She is an audiovisual communicator, immersing herself fully into visual and written work, so much so that she “lives” within stories. She is passionate about storytelling in new media formats.
